This system was reported with a failed to activate message. When I arrived,
I had found that the transceiver was 1/2 out due to a slide clip problem. I
have corrected this issue, and than noticed that the rc.conf file contained 0.
At this point I have reloaded the software, and the system is now back up and
in use.
