Lilan Cheng from the Economics Department in e52 called.
They've been having a problem with their printer: it shows
the error message 18 UPPER MIO and only powercycling has
fixed it (temporarily). He says someone came in and said
they fixed it a few days ago, and that he was told not to
powercycle it anymore, but it's now displaying the same
error message.
