I am remote-logged to an Athena IBM220 (tars, in 66-317) and also to
a machine in 66-425. xmh and emacs are both giving incredibly long
delays between responses. I am also receiving complaints from my
students who are trying to run Biosym jobs on our department cluster
(also on the network) in 66-070. I am not using dialup.
