Bad cable in W20

The machines W20-575-37 thru W20-575-43 went down with a thin-wire
network problem just now. I traced it to the cable feeding the entire
row (the first cable connected), and used the last cable (W20-575-43)
from the row. The offending cable is now in the W20 machine room,
marked "Bad cable". I couldn't find a replacement cable, so
W20-575-43 will be off the net until someone finds a replacement...
