Page 5-2 of the HP printer's "Operators Guide" says:
When your printer has printed 200,000 pages, "USER MAINTENANCE"
is displayed in place of the "00 READY" message. Parts described
in this section must be replaced to keep your printer at optimal
performance....
Pulp, in W20-575, is displaying this message. I've also heard two
complaints that it's been getting duplex jams.
