update on prometheus (RT) network problem

Tonight the network card in Prometheus decided to try hosing the
network. It seems to have taken out the former "droogs" area and some
of the surrounding offices at least, although some other parts of the
floor weren't affected.
I need this card replaced as soon as possible, because the RT is now
unusable.
