Someone from the above location left 1410 v-mail regarding an access code
problem at approx. 10:35 this morning. I have been in touch with Francis Hsu
regarding the issue. He stated that the code is punched in, the green light
comes on, the door clicks, but does not open. It sound like it may be a
posssible striker problem. I have called Jerry McDade, and have described the
above. According to Francis, someone had a key and has left the door in the
unlocked position. I have also stated this to Jerry McDade. Jerry said that
he will look into this issue in the a.m. Please follow up on this issue with
Campus Security, and with Francis. Francis is at 541-3212
