The bulk power unit for the 5ESS telephones and the MRXI twisted-pair Ethernet
repeater in 48-031T are no longer operational. At 14:10 I checked in the
closet and found both unit without power. I was not able to test the electrical
outlets at the time, so I do not know whether it is power related or if both
units have been damaged by water -- there seem to be a lot of water stain
around the floor and plywood backboard.
