WS problem w/ new memory

Problem: She called the other day about adding new memory to her Athena
WS. She spoke to someone over here who told her it was easy to
install. (She was upgrading from 12M to 24M with Digital memory.)
She is now receiving error messages on the new simms. (She ran
tests TM and TB (?) and received errors on the new simms and
bad pages.)
She has removed the 12M bad simms just so she can work again, but
it really seems weird that all her new simms were bad!
