blaster (DEC 3100) was hung. (I believe this was due to the power
hit.) a power cycle was required to bring it back. However it's VR260
is completely dead (no power light) Can this be replaced sometime?
Please note that this machine is used remotely, so it shoudn't be
rebooted. I'm willing to coordinate if you want.
