 Hi John ,
	The printer e52-364-p has been dropping off the network for the last
	4 days. We have;

		-reseated all the cables and network cards. (Wednesday) 
		-Had telecom replace the UTP cable and change the 
		 repeater port.(Thursday)
		-swapped the NIC (network interconnect card).(Friday)
	
	We will now  wait out the weekend to see if the printer remains 
	stable. 
	
	Will contact you on Monday.
