The original note for this problem has disappeared.
The user (jawetzel) had stated that his HP was on its 2nd toner cartridge, at
approx. 6200 pgaes and is still receiving smudged output. Carlton had
recommended another toner cartridge, and I believe that was the 2nd one.
I have also looked at the printer, and have called Copley. After explaining
the problem to Copley, they said to try another toner cartidge. This maybe
happening due to the type of output being produce. Ie. Bold print, graphics,
etc.. Jake, can you tell hotline what type of print you are producing, so we
can follow this issue. Jakes is at X3-0276.
