Possible Dial Up/Network Problem

A user by the name of Bruce McHenry (sp) left vague voice mail and stated
that he dialed in on 258-7000 and only receives a carrier, and then loses it.
He also suspects trouble with the gateway. He left a phone # of 621-1352. I was
unable to reach him for futhur info. The dial-ups appear to ping, and telnet
appears to work.
