An Athena DECStation crashed this evening for no obvious reason.
I did not get a chance to write down the error that was written
when it crashed, but it did a full reboot and then continuously
wrote the following error onto the screen:
LogBlkAddr: 8639, Dev=rz3q, SectNum=8639
RZ23 Unit 3: retryerr, SnsKey=MEDIUM ERROR, AddSnsCode=0x11
I have turned off the power to the machine.
From the look of the error messages the internal drive is
kaput! Please come and fix it as soon as possible as we miss it already.
