machine w20-575-123: It had a grey screen with mouse cursor; responded to mouse
movements but caps lock and scroll lock keys didn't work; nothing else helped;
rebooted with stop-a and 'boot'; several minutes later the screen is still pitch
black and responds to nothing, not even stop-a. caps lock and scroll lock don't
respond.
