Hi Sheila, 
         I have looked at the VS3100 Barra in 48-016 last evening. I have 
rebooted the system, and its now back up. The system has a very loud hard drive
as well as the VS3100 Arran. We need your o.k. for hard disk replacement on 
both the mentioned systems. Providing that these 2 systems are covered under
contract, and your o.k. is given for hard disk replacement, service calls will
be placed to DEC. Please send your reply to hotline, or call X3-1410.
