Rita,
Steve Goldman responded to the first report of a problem in building #48 this
morning and found that the power cable repeater had been disengaged. He
reconnected the cord and the power to the united was restored.
Do you know what are the conditions of the new problem?
Errol Morrison

Hello,
We have received a call from Building 48 basement that network
problems have arisen again.
User reported that "someone" was in the phone closet doing something
with the ethernet and the problem was fixed...(who = unknown).
But now it is not working again.
Thanks,
Rita HelpDesk
