malfunctioning workstation

There is an apparently malfunctioning workstation--the one entitled
"nickel"--in the new course three minicluster in 8-240. The monitor screen
remains grey despite any keyboard/mouse action, and the "login" message will
not come up.
Maybe it just needs to be rebooted, but I'm not sure how to go about
it. Hopefully, you guys can handle it, since its absence cripples our tiny
little cluster, taking us down to only 3 out of 4 stations! (an attempt at
course 6-jealosy-inspired humor...)
