Hi, the printer is not printing well anymore.. the output looks like when
you set a copier on dark.. part comes out darker and there's a little
ghosting of the text too. Is it low on toner? I don't notice a low toner
warning on the display. I did a self-test and it says 6940 pages have
been printed. Anyways, I know the problem has cropped up very recently
because in the recycle bin there are printouts from Nov. 23rd that looked
just fine. The earliest bad printout I could find was about 7 hours ago.
I tried removing the toner and shaking it up a little, but it didn't seem
to help.

P.S. Was I supposed to get a toner replacement and a log book from you
that one day?
