It is finally happening, maybe as soon as this weekend. Building 66
will be installing a bridge and will be responsible for all machines
behind the bridge. This includes a few Athena workstations. When calls
come to the Help Desk or to hotline about problems in 66, tell the
caller to contact Jeff Carbeck or Don Jones. They are responsible for
ascertaining that there is not a network problem on their side of the
bridge. They should be the only ones to contact the Help Desk or
hotline.
