I found the w20 printers in bad shape this morning. I installed 2 maint. and
4 toner kits altogether. The main problem, however, was four of the printers
were down with paper jams caused by the students using already used paper.
There was no paper at all in the cluster. Since there was an ample supply
Friday, the paper thieves must be active again.
