This printer was reported down by several people. A few problems were found
to make this complaint valid. A user with the ID of SHAKA tried to login to
the print server console. The VSII print server was found with the ready
button stuck in. The printer cable connection in the back of the VSII was
almost hanging off. I have rectified all these problems, and PICUS is now up
and printing properly. Someone is definitely up to something in this E51
cluster. Just last week, as you know, the print server was found lying on its
side with no power. I checked out all connections, and they were solid.
Please keep an extra eye on this area if possible.
