Ellen Quadgrass (sp?) reported a transceiver with no link light in E52-562
(jack is -1). The extension is 3-6123. I have forwarded this to net-help.
net-help, please disregard this note if its a duplicate. I have found 2
separate failures in one given hotline note, so I have isolated this portion of
the note, and want to make sure that it does not fall through the cracks.
