W20-east-2 is down with a bad paper jam. The paper is jammed under the feed
roller bar and I cannot get it removed. The bar will have to be removed and
requires a Dec call.
Also a user complained about light output on python while I was there. I
installed a maintenance kit and this corrected the problem. According to
the book, it was 2,400 pages since the last time a maint kit was
installed.
