I have reloaded the software on W20-575-16, which is now currently up,pingable
and the finger command (finger @w20-575-16) now works. What happened here is
that the wrong IP address (external label) was posted on the machine. Where
it was a full house, with no other available workstations present, software
was loaded using the posted IP address from the machine. It is posted as 
18.187.0.36, when it should of been 18.187.0.35. This still does not explain to
me how w20-575-16 was used under these conditions.

Carlton will be correcting the external label on this machine.
