Dear Sir.

The monitor of this workstation - M11-116-3 is unstable in the horizontal
direction.  Sometimes it continuously jumps between an expanded screen
and the regular screen.  At the moment, it is stuck in the expanded screen
where the first five or six characters are off the edge of the screen.
