Hodge, a DECstation 3100 in the SIPB office, has a problem with its
monitor where the horizontal size is large enough to overscan the edges
of the screen. Not only does this make parts of the screen difficult to
see without peering under the molding, it also makes the aspect ratio
distractingly wrong.
