I met with Dave (last?) from w20 CAC who told me the plumbers are
now only working hot water. There work is almost done and they will
continue work on the cold pipes latter. At that time they will
go through normal shutdown channels.
W20-575 is at 67.6 deg. Cluster is also cooling properly.
