It seems that the routers e19a and nw12a have been bouncing for at least
an hour. Does this need to get looked into?

The E19 and NW12 routers themselves have only been rebooted once, and
that was by Jeff while we were trying to figure out what was going on.
It looks like there is a periodic broadcast storm in building 54 which
is causing the Cisco routers to occasionally drop a packet on its
interfaces. There also appears to be a collision problem in building
66.

Both Jeff and I are too fried to lug out a PC and go hunting for the
machine(s) which is causing the broadcast storm. The occasional packet
loses don't seem to be having any service impact, although this is
something that we should investigate tomorrow.
