Okay, Pulp's clear at the moment. The jam may have been due to the fact
that one tray was overfull, but the jams were only one page each, rather
than the too-many-sheets-at-a-time problem that I'd expect.
So I got the print queue turned off, and when it was turned back on Pulp
started printing what seemed to be the first job on the flushed queue.
The ready light, the duplex light, and the form feed light were all
flashing on and off, and it completely ignored all the buttons I hit.
The print queue was turned off again, and tlyu hit reset while it
was off. When the print queue was turned back on again, everything seemed
to be happy again.
