Dear sir or madam,
Just because sun chose to make an unorthodox keyboard, I don't think we should
be made to suffer. This keyboard is terribly annoying, especially the back-
space key.
I would be happy if you could replace entire sun workstations (I find them
less useful at certain simple tasks, like z-writing, than the other computers
on campus), but I realize this would cost a lot of money. New keyboards, on
the other hands, would be relatively cheap, and perhaps you could sell them
back.
