Hi-
I am from TDC, and we have two VS2000 monitors under service contract that
are dead. When the power switch is first turned on, the green light on
the monitor comes on, and then immediately fades out.
The monitors are on the machines named CHOCOLATE-FROSTED and FRENCH-CRULLER.
They are at either end of the table in the library. Any time would be
fine to send someone to repair them, as there is always someone in the house.
(Actually, after 10:00 am is probably best).
