An user came in complaining about FIBER. The printer was displaying
79 SERVICE (8308)
Operators Guide says: "The firmware detected an unrecoverable error."
"The XXXX indicates the error type. Report this number to your
authorized service vendor." and then tells you to powercycle the
printer.
After I powercycled the printer, it came up with the error
13.3 DUPLEX JAM
although upon inspection I could neither find a jam or remove the
error.
It's still down; if it can't be fixed soon, the queue should be turned
off.
