Please repair the following;
Machine Type: DS5000/25
Machine Location: E40-008 (in front of Ops staging room)
Serial Number: AB2240A0OH
MIT Number: 0255057
Problem: probably SCSI problems... upon booting it reports;
IO: 3/rz2/vmunix (bb rd) and doesn't see device rz2 on the
scsi bus... power on diags report no problems.
