two workstations in M1-142 down

The workstations M1-142-8 and M-142-5 seem to be down. The monitor
light on M1-142-5 does not indicate that the monitor is on and
flipping the on/off switch on the back of the monitor does not help
the situation. I tried the brightness knobs on both the -8 and -5
monitors and nothing shows up (not even "hit any key to start").
