The following fire alarm shutdown and *live audible testing request for Bldg. 2 - All, on Thursday, March 10, 2016, 6:00am - 10:00am and Friday, March 11, 2016, 6:00am - 8:00am, with the *live audible testing to take place both days between 6:00am - 7:30am, is for your information and response. Reason:
We request bldg 2 fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 10 AM on Thursday, March 10th and from 6 AM to 8 AM on Friday, March 11th, 2016 for Schneider Electric (Younes Khessouane 781-462-8801)/Rich Perron 781-603-7799) to resequence the fire alarm/BMS systems interface (smoke damper positions as they relate to AH fans' status, input delays and timing) and add a two point relay to the life-safety ATS for fire alarm monitoring of the ATS. We will conduct some brief *live audible testing the bldg 2 fire alarm system between 6 AM and 7:30 AM on both Thursday and Friday mornings 3/10,11* and as part of the bldg 2 Math project by Bond Brothers (Blake Wilcox 617-895-8004). Marty Deluga 4-5081 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible testing from 6am - 7:30am each day.
