The following lab vacuum, natural gas, compressed lab air, lab process water, and tempered water shutdown request for bldg. 46 - 4th floor MIBR wing, on Thursday, February 4, 2016, and Friday, February 5, 2016, from 5:00am through 9:00am on each day, is for your information and response. Reason:
We would like to RESCHEDULE the bldg 46-4th floor MIBR wing lab services (Vac/NatGas/HP and lab air) shutdown and lab process water and tempered water shutdowns for lab 46-4257 as follows: lab services from 5 AM to 9 AM on Thursday, February 4th and lab process hot/cold/tempered waters from 5 AM to 9 AM on Friday, February 5th, 2016 for Dan-Cel Plumbing (Rick Donovan 508-663-8565) to install isolation valves in the horizontal mains that run thru the lab associated with the bldg 46-4257 Prof Flavell Lab renovation by Wise Construction (Chris Luong 781-389-5649. Both the shutdown request form and work order # 5393072 have been modified to reflect this change.
Effect:
Loss of lab vacuum, natural gas, compressed lab air, lab process water, and tempered water for the duration of the shutdown.
