Reason:
We request a bldg 18 fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 7 AM on Friday, January 22nd, 2016 to conduct a*brief live audible test of the bldg 18 fire alarm system* for the Cambridge Fire Dept walk-through inspection associated with the bldg 18-083/087 Schlau-Cohen lab renovation project by JLL (Steve Pizzuto 617-212-0519 / Niles Carter 617-590-0734). Drew Murphy 4-7856 and Joe Collins 3-3621 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *live audible testing.
