Difficulties at WHOI

It was brought to my attention that the QUOHOG Decstation 3100 at WHOI is not
functioning. I tried a couple of reboots but each time it seemed to hang
at the "setting time:" prompt line. Can someone look into this?
Also, another user has been unable to get a printouts to come out on the
SCALLOP HP laserjet Si4 at WHOI. It just sits in the print queue as active
but never does anything. He deleted the job and tried printing a different
file with the same results, nothing comes out. Could someone also look
into this problem?
