We have to install maintenance kits on thesis every 4,000 pages or so. I
just installed another after a client complained about a slight shadow on
his output. If this printer were not used for thesis quality output, the
shadow would probably remain unnoticed; but it is used for thesis output
and the clients are now demanding perfection. The printer needs an
overhaul by Dec. Lou Isgur is aware of the problem in case the Dec people
have any questions.
