I found the same problem on about 4 suns yesterday (in m4 and m16). I
logged in as root, ran track (curioursly, they all reported updates to
aklog and xnews, although cmp'ing the binaries with the srvd's was
fine), and nothign looked odd (cleanup wasn't running), so I assumed
it was another bug in cleanup and rm /etc/nologin. Sorry about
forgetting to report it. :-/ )
