Hello. Once again, our DEC 3100 workstation has gone out on strike.
Specifically, someone was trying to access OWL, and the workstation
went into a tailspin: something about print lock, error buffers, and
aborted commands. Whenever you can spare someone, we'd be grateful
for some help.
Since this is at least the fourth time we've had to call upon you for
help in the last two weeks, I'm beginning to think this machine is a
lemon. I'm sending a copy of this message to the head of the
Libraries' Systems Office, to alert him to the possible need to
replace the workstation.
