Subject: 14s-200 Library ds3100
 
 The library dec3100 in 14s-200 is down.
 It's stuck and won't reboot.
 (I've told them to leave a note on the machine.)

With Brains help I was able to reinstall software.
I informed Bill over there that if system did not
finish it's reboot/updtate/reboot to call 1410
and I'd get there tomorrow as soon as they opened.
