printer/hesoid problem (?)

We are having a problem with the printer 'cyphus' (LN03) in the
interactive classroom (3-462). Anything sent to the printer simply
disappears (software says it is printing, but nothing ever shows up
and the job soon dissapears from the queue). The problem began
approximately at end of last week. The printer itself seems fine.
The printer is attached to ic3-462-p.mit.edu (a MicroVax II - also in
room 3-462), but the hesoid information claims io.mit.edu as the
spooling machine. Is it possible that someone accidentally changed
that information, or that someone created a new printer cyphus causing
an overlap?
