One problem. How do I change those files without being able to log on?
I once tried changing something by rebooting one of those things with
the command "b/2" I think. It logged me on without afs or X or
anything but it had a VERY limited set of commands. About the only
thing accesible to edit a file was ed, and even that was questionable,
plus I hardly even know how to use it.
Of course, you may have just been implying to change them once the old
line is back up.

I actually tried the new router a few days ago without changing
addresses or anything and it didn't work. Now I understand why. One
question: are you sure that box is connected to a new, different line
than the other?
Thanks
