An olc user reported at midnight last night:
This evening, I use BIAS to print my paper. After I went back to my
office, I found there was one column blurred on each page. My paper has
57 pages, which is a waste. Could tell me how should I report this loss?
I've told him about how to recover his print quota, and here's the hardware
report for you, in case you haven't yet been notified.
