Dear Hotline,
The connector between m24-021-2.mit.edu and athena is loose
... so the computer is inoperable. It appears that the problem lies
not with the connector and the cable but with the connector and the computer;
that is, the cable is screwed into the connector yet the whole assembly
can be rocked up and down. Can someone fix it? I think this problem
has occurred two or three times before.
