I logged on to this machine today at 13:54 and found the following waiting
for me in my Console window:
13:48 detach: public-sunsys detached
13:50 nfs mount: romulus.uml.edu:/usr/common server not responding: RPC: Authentication error; why = Invalid client credential
13:52 nfs mount: romulus.uml.edu:/usr/common server not responding: RPC: Authentication error; why = Invalid client credential
13:54 nfs mount: romulus.uml.edu:/usr/common server not responding: RPC: Authentication error; why = Invalid client credential
From then on, the same error message was repeated in my Console window
every two minutes. I contacted olc and corresponded with Frank Pelkofer,
who suggested that I notify you.
Please note that I did not try to mount this locker myself. It looks as
though someone else before me did something that is holding over to my
session. I do not experience the problem on other workstations.
