m16-034-19 is complaining that it can't create /dev/null, ala:

/sbin/rcS: /dev/null: cannot create

over and over and over again.


m16-034-20 is complaining:

dm: X failed to become ready

....
INIT: command is spawning too rapidly.  Check for possible errors.
