hecate down due to hardware failure

Hi,

The AFS file server Hecate is currently down. It's expected to be back 
in service early this afternoon. 

While hecate is down all lockers stored on it are unavailable. To
see a list of volumes stored on Hecate see the file "hecate.volumes"
in the info locker.
